Customers are responsible for backing up their data prior to drop-off.
Affordable Computer Repair is not liable for data loss, unless caused by gross negligence.
Same-day diagnostics are available when scheduled in advance.
Service estimates are provided prior to repair when applicable.
3. Warranties & Limitations
We offer a 30-day warranty on parts and labor unless otherwise stated.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or software issues.
We do not guarantee repair outcomes for water-damaged or severely compromised devices.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.
If a repair cannot be completed, customers may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
5. Privacy Policy
We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
Information collected is used only for service communication, scheduling, and invoicing.
Our chatbot and AI phone system may store interactions for quality improvement.

6. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled 24/7 online.
Walk-ins are welcome during posted business hours.
Saturday appointments are by request only.
