We diagnose the problem
We test the machine to find what's actually wrong instead of guessing at a fix and replacing parts that were fine.

You review the recommendation
We call you with what we found and what the repair involves. Nothing further happens until you say go.

We complete the repair
Once we have your approval, we finish the work, run our quality check, and let you know your computer is ready.
