Who Qualifies?
You're eligible if:
You’re the primary caregiver of one or more children.
You’re a single parent or guardian of a school age child K-12 Grade.

You can Not nominate yourself, you can nominate someone you know who qualifies — all we need is a few quick details and a short explanation of why this support would make a difference. Please explain why they deserve this honor out of all the other single parents that have been nominated.
